Coalition:

Founded in 1992, the MHN recognized that a large and effective coalition was essential if the MHN was to achieve its educational goals and objectives. MHN organizers contacted major individuals groups within the men's health field in order to create the MHN Coalition. Outreach involved information dissemination, personal and group discussions.

Early on, various individuals and groups joined the MHN educational effort. This initial core group was responsible for MHN policy and decisions. Several individuals and groups were added to the MHN coalition over the next four years. Coalition members act as a crucial support base for the networking activities of the MHN.
