• Women live over 7 years longer than men.
• This year 2,260 new cases of prostate cancer will be diagnosed
  among men in Kentucky.
• 340 men will die from prostate cancer this year.
• What does this mean for spouses and families? In Kentucky, among women married to men the same age as themselves, almost 15% will be widows as they enter retirement (ages 65-69).
