  • This year 14,470 new cases of prostate cancer will be diagnosed
    among men in New York.
  • 1,880 men will die from prostate cancer this year.
  • What does this mean for spouses and families? In New York, among women married to men the same age as themselves, 18% will be widows as they enter retirement (ages 65-69).
