• Women live over 6 years longer than men.
• This year 12,010 new cases of prostate cancer will be diagnosed
  among men in Pennsylvania.
• 1,560 men will die from prostate cancer this year.
• What does this mean for spouses and families? In Pennsylvania, among women married to men the same age as themselves, almost 17% will be widows as they enter retirement (ages 65-69).
