(To: Sylvia Mathews Burwell RE: Federal Register ACA)
While the Affordable Care Act (ACA) has done much to increase access to health care and preventive services, Men's Health Network finds that unequivocal discrimination and gender inequities continue to exist. These inequities should be prohibited under Section 92.1, as males are being systematically excluded from numerous benefits which are granted to females. Details MHN's changes to the law.

(Sexually Transmitted Infections: Behavioral Counseling)
Draft research plan regarding Sexual Transmitted Infections Behavioral Counseling. MHN agrees that STD counseling should be part of many healthcare visits, and a necessary component of a preventive healthcare visit, but there is little opportunity for men to receive counseling because the Affordable Care Act does not provide for regular preventive healthcare visits for men as it does for women.
